Return Instructions

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide a full refund. We only request that the item be returned to us in its original condition, including all original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. 

  • 1. Pack your items for return, making sure to include the pouches, stickers, and any freebies (like free gifts, bracelets, or boxes) that were part of your original order. If you don't have the original box, feel free to ship the items in any suitable external packaging.

Please note that currently, we are not able to pay for the shipping for the return. We're sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
    • 4. After dispatching your parcel, email the tracking number to our customer service team, and we will proceed with processing your order's refund.
