This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making our jewelry 100% waterproof!

Absolutely not. All items are nickel-free and safe to use for people with skin allergies.
Each jewelry is shipped in its individual gift bag. We ship in an eco-friendly packaging and we also include free stickers with every order.
1. Use only water (distilled is best but also regular drinking water is fine) and a mild soap to wash your jewelry
2. Use a soft cloth to help clean it (no abrasive cleaning tools)

Once your order is shipped, packages are usually delivered within 5-12 days after dispatch. Please check our Shipping page for the estimated delivery times according to your country.
Kindly note that deliveries to certain remote locations may take a few extra days.

You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 2 business days.

In case you find an item missing from your order, please promptly send us an email at email@example.com including your order number and a photograph of the package you received; make sure to capture the shipping label in the picture.
We will promptly check with our team and review CCTV footage to determine whether we can locate the missing item, or if it seems to have been lost or damaged during transit. This will enable us to address and resolve the issue swiftly.

When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to atoleajewelry.com
1. Credit Card
From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end.
2. Debit Visa Card
Online purchases made with Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and will take around 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end.
Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account.
